[12864] Can't upload FW to RAMPS 1.4 when EXP2 RST pin is connected

Hi i have problem with firmware upload when EXP2 is connected to board. Problem is caused by the RST pin. Any way how to flash FW without EXP2 unplugging?

When is RST pin connected to the board i get message avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout
