Marlin 2.0 configuration in touch mode

I want to use the serial touch mode of the display together with my SKR 1.3 How do I configure Marlin to get that working ? I do not want to use the LCD12864 emulation mode because then I could use the current Anet Display which is bigger. I bought the tft to use the touch mode.
