BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3 V1.2 won't boot (sometimes).

I have the problem that my BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3 v1.2 doesn't always boot in my Ender 3 V1. Most of the time when you turn on the printer for the first time, it won't boot. The display also shows nothing - no matter how long you wait. If you then switch the printer off - and immediately on again - it usually boots up again. Can someone help me here?

similar issue that started happening after trying to load klipper onto the mini e3 v3. any help is greatly appreciated ty
