Support for grblHAL firmware

Hi,

grblHAL is potentially compatible with SKR PRO v1.1 and 1.2 An effort to make it work can be found here : https://github.com/grblHAL/STM32F4xx/issues/46

Any help on this would be awesome as it would offer grblHAL as an alternate firmware for that board for those who aim to use it more for CNC than for 3D printer.
