BLTouch firmware fails after first bed level proving

I'm facing an issue with BLTouch/CRTouch on my SKR E3 Turbo converted Ender3. It's actually very similar issue as what's reported on SKR Mini E3. (https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3/issues/311)

Description

On the printer itself:

When choosing "Level Bed" from menu, theprints starts probing but after the first probing, it freezes and the printer display shows M112 Shutdown PRINTER HALTED Please Reset.

On octoprint:

The same issue happens when initiating bed leving using Bed Visualizer.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect CRTouch on Z-PROVE connector of the board
2. Install the stock firmware-bltouch.bi
3. Start bed-leveling in the menu and Octoprint

Expected behavior

Bed levveling success. Mesh updated and setting stored.

Actual behavior

Printer freezes and the display shows the error above.

I compiled Marlin based on 2.0.92, but am facing another issues around BLTouch.

Submit the Marlin configuration file from which you compiled Marlin. Send photos showing the BL-Touch connection.
