Firmware uses only 4K of the 32K onboard I2C EEPROM

The firmware is configured to use only 4K of the 32K available for the onboard I2C EEPROM. See:

I see that AT24C32 has 32Kbits which actually meeans 4KBytes. If the notation from pins_BTT_SKR_E3_TURBO.h is actually in KBytes please feel free to close this.
