No movement SKR 1.3 or 1.4 Marlin 2.0.5.1

Open morganlowe opened this issue 4 years ago • 1 comments

I have these installed on the X and Y axis of my printers and setup via LCD. They do not move no matter what I try. They do however power on and hold the motor.

I have the driver off in Marlin, or set to A4998. I have also tried removing all jumpers under the driver or setting them for 16 microsteps as for a A4998.

Not sure what else to do I have not found any documentation on how to setup the main board side nor has BTT replied via email.

Thanks for your help.

This product never work in my case. If you can, just return it back to store. I has 4 of this motor and can't make it work normaly. Don't buy any product of BigtreeTech. They developing not finish at all. Controller boards, Motors, LCD TFT etc. All they have bug, not stab work. I spence many money for this and get nothing.
