Waiting Motor Power

I buy 3 of this motors from BTT, installed on X and Y axis. after calibrated it working, then next time power on printer, LCD only show message Waiting Motor Power and it try some movement but still stay at position, try remove from printer (no load), Message gone. I don't know how to do with them now, very expensive but do nothing. Firmware re flashing not help.

Same problem. Forever waiting for motor power. However, if I attached the ribbon cable after the control board powers up, it works.
