24v 1.0 logic level

I am trying to connect to an Ender 3 Z end stop pin the board.

On the spec sheet it states that the ups is either 3.3 or 5v logic level capable.

I tested and currently it's set to 5v. How can I change the ups signal to output 3.3v?
