BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0

good day .

i have recently purchased a BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0 for and Ender 3v2 to help this with back up power to pause the print. i have followed the instructions for the connection of the BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0.

the problem im facing is when its connected the printer keeps flashing but does not come on , if i remove the BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0 the printer starts up as normal .

then have to wait few minutes then reconnect the BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0 and its fine,

please and advice on how i can get the printer to start with out removing the BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0
