bigtreetech gtr bootloader

i just got a bltouch so i want to flash new firmware to my gtr but i haven't put a bootloader on it but my only problem is i cant figure out what pins to us. im still pretty new to 3d printing so sorry is this was a stupid question

Already has one, just have to have correct filename of the .bin
