Maybe include some customization examples in the docs?

The docs say "lets authors customize it easily, even create multiple themes" but don't really expand on what that means. Some simple examples might be useful. I guess I can give values to variables; some examples of that in the "variables" section of the doc might be helpful if that was what was intended? Anything else?

I think it would be nice to enhance the playground to allow visitors to dynamically set CSS vars and see their effects in real time on a sample landing page.

Edit: FrankenUI has a cool little theme selector component, maybe we could do something similar

In order to expedite the release of v1.2, I'm going to push this out. Docs updates don't need to coincide with releases.
