hx-swap-oob tag makes it's way to dom when it is not needed

I've noticed that when using hx-swap-oob with default true or outerHTML swap strategies that this tag that is used to control the oob swap is then copied into the DOM page where it has no function and just causes confusion. This tag is only needed in the response text to control the logic of the swap but is not processed by htmx once it hits the DOM.
