npm module is missing dist files

Hi there,

I just installed hyperscript from npm (0.9.7) and the only file I see under dist/ is _hyperscript.min.js

I’d like to be able to use npm and still load in the files under dist/ that exist in this repo (e.g., socket and worker extensions, etc.)

Workaround

Until #371 is merged or a different fix is implemented please feel free to install 0.9.7 from my fork if you need a full dist directory:

npm install https://github.com/aral/_hyperscript
