Just to have it as a brain dump: Voting helpers like the "Wahl-o-Mat" for Germany are called "Online Voting Advice Applications " (see https://www.uni-muenster.de/IfPol/Kersting/en/online-wahlhilfe/Wahl-Kompass.html) and can be found in various countries:
