Add netty-servlet-bridge to maven central

Any chance netty-servlet-bridge could be added to maven central?

Second on this. I currently use Ant+Ivy (thinking about migrating to sbt) and would like to pull this in as a dependency

Given that this has not been touched in seven years, I guess this is likely not happening anytime soon, but anyone is allowed to fork, change the package and claim that namespace on the Maven tracker.

I thought this would be quite useful on the Maven Central too, not just as an example project, but having the core split out.

Do you still use it? We're thinking of using it for integrating a Servlet with our Netty project.
