MI -- significant data lags

The existing source for Michigan data seems to be delayed significantly.

The most recent data, at least at this moment, has a ton of variables but is at https://www.michigan.gov/leo/sxa/search/results/?s={8E97AB1D-D2D4-47F8-8CC4-3F1039C8854F}&itemid={BE81F7C2-36A8-4FDE-853C-B05B6E090055}&sig=&autoFireSearch=true&year=6089332f75d14071920bcdc1ca1336f1%202025&v=%7B1FFFCC21-5151-4A2B-ABFC-F7FE4E5C9783%7D&p=20&o=Created%20Date%20sort%2CDescending

That data source is structured data, kind of -- HTML embedded in JSON, but easily parsed.

The notice URL may also be showing a date received: "/leo/bureaus-agencies/wd/data-public-notices/warn-notices/searchdata/2025/02/10/21/34/evergreen-packaging-llc"

Jacking the p variable up to 20,000 gets all the entries: https://www.michigan.gov/leo/sxa/search/results/?s={8E97AB1D-D2D4-47F8-8CC4-3F1039C8854F}&itemid={BE81F7C2-36A8-4FDE-853C-B05B6E090055}&sig=&autoFireSearch=true&z=1&v={1FFFCC21-5151-4A2B-ABFC-F7FE4E5C9783}&p=20000&e=0&o=Created%20Date%20sort%2CDescending

I don't know if th s= and itemid and v variables will be steady.
