ffmpeg percentage position output

This is a feature request, I don't know if this is the best place to post it. It would be nice to have an output of the "ffmpeg media player" to show the current position. Maybe a float between 0 and 1 could do the job, defined as "current playback time" divided by "total playing length of the file". I hope this suggestion can be useful. Feel free to ignore it if it's not a priority :)
