Add extraData for general events

Elite Raids could also use extraData similar to that of the normal Raid Battles events.

Raid Hours would be nice too, but it appears the Leek Duck site does not show the same section and images as the others for that.

you may want to add the description of the event. Currently I'm fetching this on my own for my eventnotification tool.

Data similar to that of raids and spotlight hours which list pokemon but for the new PokeStop showcase event types would be nice.
