Installing sublime-style-column-selection

I tried to install this package a few times, but it doesn't work. It just remains stuck at the install thing. the install button shows the work is in progress and that's it. Annotation 2020-07-21 194255

It's probably installed--just close and reopen your settings tab, click on "Packages," and see if you have the option to "Uninstall" it. If you do, it's installed. (Still a bug though in the installation process.)

Same issue has been reported and addressed multiple times in the previous bug reports, e.g.: https://github.com/bigfive/atom-sublime-select/issues/165#issuecomment-536241472

same experience here - October 2021. Waited several minutes for the Install button to stop cycling - which it didn't However a restart of Atom and all OK - and really appreciate the functionality thank you
