Files not uploading despite seeming to

I'm using this extension with Brackets Release 1.3 build 1.3.0-16022 on a MacBook Pro with the latest Yosemite and when I save a file it is added to the FTP files pane where I click upload and it appears to upload the file successfully but a check shows it hasn't?

if it says it uploaded that file successfully, it's mostly true. Please check the location of the file (it's the path you set in the server config + the path of the file related to the project home).

Thank you, I discovered the problem. I had added a tilde to my directory path instead of going to my home root it created a directory named "~" and uploaded the files there. I removed it and it works fine. Thank you for your work :)
