how to set the instance type for master, manager and workers separately ?

Hi,

is there any way to set the instance types for master and Manager independently to the Setting of the worker nodes ?

When I specify --worker-instance-type this Chosen for all 3 types of Servers.

It would also be great to add the --worker-instance-type to the help menu.

Not at the moment, but shouldn't be difficult to add. We'll track that feature here. In the meantime, it may be possible to manually edit the aws.conf file to achieve those results.
