us-east-1b is hardcoded into cloudformation.template

If the provision command takes an availability zone, it should probably interpolate it into the cloudformation template. Reported by @jerryivanhoe

Actually, since there's an option to give a path to a template file, then maybe it makes more sense to simply document this issue clearly, and require the user to modify the template to suit them.
