Good idea! Such analysis, even if it is not very precise, would be a great help to seek for potentials in current infrastructure, for example higher speeds in curves.
There is certainly a point in showing them on both maps, since GSM-R base stations do serve as a point of orientation as well as non-ETCS communication.
