Howto export and import db (users, settings, rooms,...) to another hardware?

Would it be possible if someone would have mercy and guide me through? i am using 2.7.8 + Greenlight v3 BBB settings are overwritten purely by overrides. (/etc/bigbluebutton/)

you have to make a backup from the postgres database and import the database into the new project.
