CLIENT_TITLE not applied to Guest Waiting Room

Good day.

I set up a custom CLIENT_TITLE in .env, re-created the docker-compose.yaml and started BBB. CLIENT_TITLE is used correctly on the meeting page, but is not applied to the Guest Waiting Room.

Expected behaviour: CLIENT_TITLE should be used on Waiting Room page title and content as well.
