BBB Docker on Debian 11 gets bloated after a time

Our Debian server has ~120 GB disk usage where we had a usage size of less than 20GB at first after the installation and the first usage of BBB (We also followed the official manual for the setup with docker). The videos have a size of 43 GB in '/var/lib/docker/volumes/bbb-docker_bigbluebutton/_data/recording/raw' and on '/var/lib/docker/volumes 55 GB' . We do not make much of recordings.
The '/var/lib/docker/overlay2' file has a size of 21G now. Would there be an option to compress or/and download the recordings right after the records and decrease the redundancy on the overlays?
