Start meeting without SSL certificate

Hello, after I enter the http://10.7.7.1, the browser always redirect me to https://10.7.7.1. Then I click on 'Start' button to start a meeting and I see page with error: "Unauthorized Session not found. 401".

Is is possible to start a meeting locally only with 'http' without SSL certificate?
