Container name in How To Upgrade instructions

Judging by the pending PR, there's quite a few changes on the way so didn't want to make a new PR in case it's unnecessary. But in the How To Upgrade instructions, the backup instructions refer to docker_postgres_1 but as far as I can see, the container is called bigbluebutton_postgres_1 or am I missing a pending change?

Just realising that the "bigbluebutton" prefix is because my folder is named bigbluebutton. Doh!

However, the installation guide suggests cloning to bbb-docker so the upgrade instructions should probably refer to bbb-docker_postgres_1 or use a <container_name> placeholder or similar to avoid confusion.
