Config to allow skipping meeting ended dialogs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After clicking "End Meeting", the user will see an end meeting dialog and informed who ended the meeting etc. even if a custom logoutUrl is passed via the create API. If a logout URL is passed or not, the system should allow skipping any dialogs.
