Added a section Adjust audio quality and microphone sensitivity to the Customize documentation.

I think it is an interesting read, but I would enjoy some recommendations e.g. to reduce bandwidth or to increase quality.

Hi guys,

This is what I read when I was working on creating the audio configuration shared in this link:

I took the work that Fairkom shared and tried to improve it.

There is a big chance you see it in 2.3 by default 😉

We're still figuring out the audio configuration for 2.3-dev ... working on it!
