BBB - Integration with TalentLMS - Secret key - Issue with user logout

We have integrated with BBB for ILT session in TalentLMS. When i created the ILT class in talentLMS, for eg 9.00am, choose as webinar, create the event and added the learners. I have around 40 learners. Everything is fine . When the learners login at 9.00am, the Join is enabled.They can join the BBB meeting session with no issue. But some learners who join at 10.00am , the join link is enabled but when clicked, it is taking to BBB login page BBB meeting session.

We integrated using Secret key and the website link

Is their any BBB setting when integrated with TalentLMS or it is a bug, ie if the meeting is scheduled at a particular time. The host or the moderator
