Command line comments/usage for package repo

-p <host>              Use apt-get proxy at <host>
  -r <host>              Use alternative apt repository (such as packages-eu.bigbluebutton.org)

I think r is being used any more or am I missing something?

The option -r was implemented with commit a8fa34e101b6c2d8c3a77ac1ab05043aa10d0936, and it is still there. See also #72.
