Ascore in all the Phospho datasets

Description of feature

FLR is the current method Luciphor has to compute the statistics around the phospho sites. However, Luciphor needs 50 PSMs by each charge state to compute their model. In some cases where not many PSMs are available by msrun and the computation fails.

I will recommend to compute the Ascore in addition for every phospho site even if the LFR is included. This will enable users to decide which method to use or the combination of both for more stringent determination. In cases where Lucophor fails, we can then use Ascore only.
