Update the image of the workflow for DIANN to reflect all the steps in the parallelization

Description of feature

Hi @jpfeuffer :

At some point, we need to update this figure to reflect the steps of the DIANN pipeline. Even if DIANN is used alone all over the DIA pipeline, is used in multiple steps that we should describe that in the workflow image.

The add decoy step may not be appropriate for DIA-NN. Because DIA-NN will generate its own decoy internally. See datails https://github.com/vdemichev/DiaNN/issues/310

Currently no mzTab file is generated, but the DIA-NN report is converted to MSstats input
