Request Project Annotation [PXD020187]

  • Project Accession: [PXD020187] Should the annotation get edited ? The annotation on https://github.com/bigbio/proteomics-metadata-standard/blob/master/annotated-projects/PXD020187/PXD020187.tsv has no column to define clearly the groups of samples. There are two completely redundant columns ('characteristics[disease]' and 'factor value[disease]') which attempt to do so, but counters were added to the the disease-type (eg native_1, native_2, etc). Should the counters be removed ?
