Unfortunately it turned out much harder than I anticipated. I thought we had it annotated internally, but it turned out that we only annotated a fraction of the data. I tried to annotate the rest but it wasn't easy to extract the data from ProteomicsDB. We talked about it in #266 and @patroklossam kindly agreed to annotate it, so I put that work on pause.
