Workspace Save Manager

At the moment, there is only one workspace, which is saved and loaded automatically from a hardcoded filename. This change will enable users to switch between any number of workspaces without needing to manually edit files or restart the program.

This will also enable the ability to easily share production lines / workspaces with other users, as everything is contained in a single JSON file.
