t-SNE visualization does not work

It is reproducible with any dataset, even with example dataset from github repo.

It works on my server. I suppose that problem is with SciPy installation. I deliberately didn't include scipy in requirements.txt, because there are known problems with installing it and it's used only for few features in project. Make sure you have scipy installed.
