Requirements
You need to have Elixir v1.2 and Elm v0.17 installed.
Installation instructions
To start your Phoenix Battleship app:
- Install dependencies with
mix deps.get - Install npm packages with
npm install - Start Phoenix endpoint with
mix phoenix.server
Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.

- [ ] Add link to start a new game in the result view.
