除了tensorflow要用nvidia-tensorflow 1.15使30系显卡能启用tf1.x版本外，其余应该是正常的就行了，不过要注意的是，nvidia-tensorflow没记错的话只能用3.6 or 3.8，并不是任意python3.x版本都可以
