Add RGB demo to write directly in python

Merge of different forks of the repository to handle media keys and modifiers Also rework USB endpoint to use EP1 as IN and OUT keyboard HID data (that allow reading leds states)

Add a raw HID interface with a custom protocol to modify RGB leds to wanted color (see tools/rgb.py)
