validation of TB1EPI images

I have some MPM data that has a B1map sequence which is to be curated as TB1EPI according to https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/appendices/qmri.html#tb1epi-specific-notes It seems though that even though the specs say TotalReadoutTime and MixingTime are required, dataset without these in the sidecar passes validator (1.9.4).
