deno: Report/record bids validator + hed validator in the bids-validator output

ATM none seems reported in deno report output. unclear if using most recent hed validator

Agreed. It includes the schema version in the JSON output, but we should be putting the validator version in, and then reporting that.

and also likely to report version of BIDS dataset itself, and then the BIDS version it was validated against (like classical bids-validator was always against most recent, and current deno one too, right?)
