BIDS maintainer application

I'm opening this issue to share my interest to become a BIDS maintainer, following the procedure suggested in the Maintainers_Guide.md file. Indeed I'll be glad to contribute to this community effort.

I'm currently working with @cmaumet as a research engineer, focusing on neuroimaging reproducibility and variability of fMRI pipelines. Lately I've been involved in BEP028 (BIDS-Prov) which is in the process of being integrated into BIDS. This allowed me to work on the bids-specification and bids-examples repositories as well as with the BIDS validator.

Over the past years I've worked with repositories, Actions and project management on Github, producting software for the neuorimaging community. The NARPS Open Pipelines project being a major highlight of this experience.

I'd be able to dedicate 1 to 2 hours / week to BIDS, helping with the specification, pybids or any other repo if needed.
