Problem with the display of titles and custom css

1. About the titles the space at the top of the title is much too short, it is not very readable. All the css are concerned. See the capture:

2. About the custom css I want to use, BibleTime, doesn't show the customisation of the css. Example this capture on Xiphos, shows what is expected: And on Bibletime:

Some modules are published with customised css by default. But BT doesn't recognize it. Two examples of new modules, konvb and porcap. But in master, the space between titles seems to be good. Alas a new problem happens, if the title has a note, the note is shown as the title (same style):

it is a known issue, that notes are not working well sometimes in the titles. I hope one time someone will take time to work on this bothering issue: Sword 180 and Sword 208
