V1.2.12 Crash at startup

I had copied the executable into the gog installation. What's going on?

• Just clear the screen inside vid_check_vsync.

Still not. Same error.

Same error here. I reverted back to 1.2.11 and it works fine, so introduced since then. (I'm running Windows build)

Software mode is fine, but all OpenGL modes crash regardless of VSync and/or WideScreen on/off.

Managed to reproduce the issue in VMware Workstation Player.

For me the issue was not fixed. Unfortunately.
