Suggestion: Make bio-pv a web component

Hey Marco,

I have implemented bio-pv as a Web Component. Right now, only the basic features are available and I will add more, I am working on it. I just wanted to talk to you regarding this but couldn't find a way.

As written here, I'm no longer actively working on PV. Depending on the request, I might be able to help you out, but no promises. You can find my e-mail in the commit log of this project :).
