If a trace has a length of 1, it may not render properly

When rendering as cartoon, sline, trace, or tube, if a trace has a length of 1, and also passes the condition listed in smoothPosAt, it will fail to render throwing an error stating that this._trace[index] is undefined in posAt. A known PDB that will fail is 1XX6.
