Allow timestamps to be NULL

This patch set allows leaving start/end vacation dates unspecified, meaning "since the beginning of time" and "forever" respectively (of course, this still needs to be supported by the vacation tool itself).

(the current default behaviour of setting the autoresponder start/end dates to current day seems somewhat strange to me)
